My GC application was filed last year under EB2 Schedule-A. We filed my I-140 in March 2006 and it was approved in May 2006. I485, EAD/AP etc were filed in Sept 2006 at the Nebraska Center which is currently processing Dec 19, 2006 I-485 applications.
Since Eb2 Schedule A category was merged with Eb2, my question is,
After 140 is approved and 485 has been filed, which priority date should I look at --- 485 processing at the Nebraska center (Dec 19 2006) or the EB2 visa dates (which says April 2004 from the Oct visa bulletin) ?
