485 Approval pattern at VSC figured out

Hi templabor,
Is yours EB2 or EB3? I think the said theory in this thread is working for EB3 so far. Anyway, finally I could find somebody whose ND is the same as mine. I am in EB2, its in my signature and my FP was done on march 04. But no approval so far. I am also scanning a limitd no. of cases within a small range now and then. So far there are onyl 3,4 approvals for that date and range from EAC0417151000 - ..51400.
Do you know if your name check is cleared?

Yes, you're right. My theory seems to work a lot better for EB3's.

How many total 485 cases are you scanning for May20? And how many approvals did you see so far for this date.

I have been reading this theory.. but bud's it hasn't did any good to me. let me share my dates :
EB3
LC SUBS : PD : MAY 1999
I-140 approved: JAN 2004
I-485 ND : APR 26 2004
FP:DONE : ND 03/12/04, RD : 03/16/04 (Case Resumed)
LUD CHANGED 3 times after that..but no good emails got so far.
485 AD :?
 
Mine is EB3.

I too am keeping record of around 220 cases. And, you are right there are a few 485 approvals.
Mine is not a sub labor though...
 
That theory almost holds for my case:

I140 (NIW): ND 11/06/03 AP 03/16/05

I485: ND 09/06/04 FP 4/1/05, 4/13/05(FP received) AD 4/21/05

Is your case EB3 or EB2?
I filed my 485 exactly one day before you. May 26, 2004.
Given my FP on 03/11/2005. no Sign of Approvals yet.
