RFE was about Paystubs and a letter from the employer..
and as mentioned in the sbuject its EB3 (India)

Did you or lawyer take 3 months to reply to RFE from Dec 00 or
Did INS message change in March to "RFE received.."
just wondering.

Delay in RFE reply was caused by the lawyer.

Yeah the AVM chaged to "On March 26th we received the response....
....it takes around 180 days for further processing ...."
