485 Approoved . Family member outside the country - Help Needed

Hi It is been a year our GC 485 is approoved , my kid was in India @ the time of filing, Her name is included and 824 is already approoved and the information has been sent to NSC . My understanding is that NSC will send the info to the consulate and consulate will send a oppintment letter for my kid for finger printing and Medical . Till date we have no clue where we stand , have not recieved a letter from either the consulate or NSC

Can someone please clarify and give me some info if you have any , Help is appreciated.

What shall i do to expedite to get her here .

Hi Thanks .. I am not clear . July 04 is when my 485 got approoved . Can you give more info if there is anything i can do to expedite it .

Can you tell us whether your GC employment based? Include your category and priority date. So some one can be more certain about the answer

Once I-824 is approved you/Your attorney will get fee bill. After that you need to call NVC.

If it is not happening you can expedite sending your request with all the papers to consulate mentioning your hardships. This is same process as AC-140. If you put the question or do a search on the CP forum you will get the answer how this is done.
