485 Applications Stuck in Name Check

Folks, It looks like there are numerous cases stuck at Name Check and we could mutually benefit sharing info and course of action.

Details of my case as below

PD - April 2001
485RD - Apr 2003
FP1 - Jun 2003
FP2 - Oct 2004
NO LUD changes after FP2
Status Enquiry States - Delay in Security Checks

Well you know we are screwed anyway.... If your security checks are pending then after inquiiry you will get a delayed because of security check response...

If your security checks are cleared then you will be get message ...Unable to process dues to insufficient resources ....

But hey the good news is ....Vermont 485 processing dates keeps on taking a hop every month...

My ND is 7/15/2003. Nothing yet. Have contacted congressman also but yet to hear from them.
 
Guys,

This lousy agency is the worst in the entire US govt (which means a lot given how inefficient the govt generally is)

However they have made some good laws....use the AC-21 clause and jump ship and basically tell them to take a hike...i did that and am glad i didn't wait too long...
