Hi,
I Applied Labor in 2001 with one company and in 2003 this company was bought over by another company and labor got approved 2004 May . Before the new company apply for 140 they found there is a 15% different in current and future salary that mentioned in labor certificate. So this can cause RFE on my 140 and 485 application .. so company decided to go ahead with 140 and 485 separate filling . 140 got approved four months ago.. Now the new company hesitates to apply 485 because they might end up by paying 15% more once I get my 485 cleared.
Here is my question … Did any one know how to overcome this situation ? Did I get RFE if applied with the current salary ? Its a public ltd company so all accounts are audited.
