I applied for I-485/AP/EAD all together on June 21, 2005. I received a letter saying that the photos that I sent for EAD (I-765) were Black and White. Infact I sent them all color photos. We went to other photographer and got the color passport photos again. My questions at this point is
1. How long would it take again for my application to get on track. Currently, processing time for EAD (I-765) has been moved forward than my initial applied time?
2. Do I need to expect same kind of letters from immigration office for AP and I-485?
Does any one has the same experience? Any comments would be appreciated.
