485 address question

Hi All,

In 485 application i want to put my uncle address (permanent address) instead of my apartment address (temp), at the same time i don't want mention my uncle address in biographic information( last five year address).

Is there any problem doing above?.

If i keep my apartment address and use ar-11 for change address, Is there any problem doing this?.

I heard that address change delays process.

Please advice.

Address has to match, they do review the biographic information. If you want to use a care of address, you have to do it consistently, not selectively..

If i use care of address and if BCIS finds that i never stayed there,
it is a problem right?

I heard that in the above case BCIS regards that as fraud.

And also in case of local interview i heard that they ask lease agreement , utility bills etc.. (in this case should i say i live with my uncle for free or something like that ... hope they don't ask me proof of relationship )
