485/765/131 Receipts Rcvd- Can they still send them back

I desparately need answer to the following question.
Here is some insight ino the case.
I got my old company LC and 140 approved (India EB2). PD is June 2000. I could not file 485 at that time bacause of job change and retrogression at that time.

My current company applied my PERM on 7/13/05, AD 10/30.
140 filed RD 11/22/05 AD 12/27/05 (Lawyer clearly requested to grant the old June 2000 PD).
On 140 approval, we saw PD as Nov 22 (God alone knows how they assigned Nov 22 which is RD for 140 as PD).

Mean while, filed 485/765/131 on 12/27/05, RD 12/28/05 and got receipts for all of these forms today.

Now does it mean they accepted my old PD and 485/765/131 package or even after producing receipts, they can still send it back saying the PD is not current?

Lawyer is trying to call TSC to request the clarification on the 140 PD.
The 485/765/131 receipts show a blank PD.
 
Your only hope is if the previous I140 has not been revorked yet and will not be revorked until 180 days pending of your current I485.

If the previous I140 has been revorked, you can not share that PD with someone else (ONLY 1 PD CAN ONLY BE USED FOR 1 PERSON, EXCEPT AC21 CASE)

LOL . Then you are screw. Remember the person who enter information is just Minimum wage labor and don't know anything about the law.

If the company is out of business,everything related to that company is GONE (Check out Q&A in immigration-law.com).

Your previous I140 is considered invalid NOW.
