460 days for interview?

460 days for interview in Bay Area?

I filed from bay area, california. I received a letter stating I can expect to be notified in 460 days :eek:

Also letter said Missing Evidence. I am having second thoughts on mentioning the traffic tickets now.

priority date - july 27,2005

expected interview date - nov 2006 :mad:

My notice said 450 days. I'm going to the interview today, exately 6 months after I sent out the application.

I am from the bay area too. I got my receipt and it said 330 to 360 days, however my letter did not mention missing evidence (I did not have traffic tkts). I am sure that the timeline listed is a form letter, I'd go more by the timeline that is shared by people in our DO (SF)

On the phone system, it says 330 to 360 days. I suppose they just have some standard notice formats. And the ins person just chooses one of the formats.

I believed the letter you received is a standard letter. Got the same thing and also had declared speeding tickets. For some reason most of the ppl. had citations gets the notice w/ missing evidence, but dont worry you will be fine, when I had my interview they did not even mentioned anything abt. missing evidence beside, they didnt even notify me seperately about the missing evidence as they mentioned in the letter. I got the interview notice along some checklist i have to bring w/ me (GC,passport, SS )
