$ 45 surcharge for interviews after March 8th?

Hi All ,
I paid $670 to NVC for my Immigrant Visa . According to new fees structure how much i have to pay more when i go for Interview ?

and what are the other Demand drafts i have to take ?

Please advise.

Immigrant visa application processing fee (per person), Form DS-230 : $335.00

Immigrant visa security surcharge, for all IV and DV applicants: $45.00

Note: A $65 issuance fee for immigrant visas is due ONLY IF it has not already been paid to the National Visa Center.

I Paid $335 per person already

Do i have pay more $45 +$65 per person ?

please clarify .

I am assuming you paid $670 for 2 people ($335 each). I think it is $45 per person. So I guess you will have to pay $90. Not sure though.
 
In my P4 its mentioned that $45/ Rs 1970 (Surcharge) per head needs to be paid at the consulate. There is no mention of $65 fee.

is this extra fee for all consulates? my appoitment letter has no mention of this. from the murthy post, it would seem that all consulates charge this fee. should i be prepared to pay on the spot?
