I have received my 45 day letter finally on July 3rd 2006.I am starting a new thread to track the time frame of labor approvals after receiving 45 day letter.

My case details:

PD: 04/23/2004
Case Number: D-05194-XXXXX
Case Received Date:07/13/2005
R'cvd 45 day letter:07/03/2006
45 day letter Replied:Hopefully this week
Waiting for Labor approval.
RIR/EB2/CA

How to check the online status?

Now I received the 45 DL, how can I check the status of my case?

What website should I use?

By July 20th 2006 It will be one year since I got the 45 day letter so there is no real measure of the time frame hope this helps...
 
1. Applicationn recieved at Dallas backlog center - August 01, 2005
2. 45 day letter recieved/replied (finally) - June 28, 2006

PD: 02/2004
Non-RIR EB3

And the wait continues ...
 
How can we check the status?

I heard somewhere on another thread that BEC is working on methods to check our status on-line by the end of this month. Can anyone please share information on how can we do that, I mean check the status online.

We finally got the 45 day letter on 7/13/06 (what a wait, 5 years in the making!) and the lawyer responded to that and the priority mail tracker showed that the letter was delivered on 7/21/06.

The Wait continues! :(

Any analysis on current trend at Dallas BEC? All I can see is 2004s and a couple of 2003s here and there!
