45 Day Letter Not Received / Case Number T-xxx / PD < 04/2003

I wanted to poll if there is anyone out there without their 45 day letters with PD before 04/2003.

My case hasn't even been fully entered yet. I can see this from the last screen shot I have received which is still showing T-xx case number. This is making me nervous as I have few other folks in my company with PD as late as october 2003 and all have received their 45 day letter. My lawyer hasn't been responding to any of my complains...the usual..Fragomen Firm as you can guess.

I looked at BPC Tracker, but it's difficult to gauge the accuracy because there are lot of members who probably haven't updated their details or don't visit that often.

Is there a chance they lost some case files from the boxes or may be misplaced them?

Anyone in the same situation..please respond. Or is there a good chance at this point that they have lost my file? What can I do in that case?

By the way..my case no from the screen shot is: T-05145-xxxxx.

We applied in Dec '03 (NJ) and no 45 day letter yet. Same Fragomen Firm. I've heard very few ppl fm NJ have got their letters..........

They are very hard to deal with.

seanzhangny, you can send email to H1B7YR@PHI.DFLC.US with your employer and your name to get the case screen shot. This is only meant for 7 year H1B extension, but you can get your case no from that if you want.
 
Mine PD is dec. 2003/Non-RIR/EB2....did not get any 45 days letter.and not even know that which BEC having my labor application. Can any boby tell me that 2003 califorina cases are in which BEC.

My PD is July/2003, RIR, EB3. I got my case # with "P" through screen shot in Feb., but still haven't gotten 45 days letter yet. I don't know how long I have to wait for the stupid letter.

Did any one got 45 day's letter from Dallas BEC around May'2004 - sept'2004.

Do you have friends/co-workers who applied in NJ around same date and received 45 day letter? I am wondering if it's possible that they lost our files after partially entering the cases.
 
45 days letter

My PD is Jan 2004 VA-RIR. My screen shot still shows T-0516****. I've
not received my 45 days letter. I know some of my friends filed in VA May and
August 2004 got there 45 days letter.

Wondering what might be the issue?
