432 cases (I-485) Approved NSC 9-13-04 to 10-13-04

If they work as this speed, they would never get chance to reduce backlogs, and the backlogs would get worse.

on an average they receive 400+ cases every day, and a month to clear 400+ cases!

I doubt Immigration match covers all the cases, they do the exhaustive scanning, but they may never achieve even 70% of the accuracy on no. of cases approved.

It may give us a little bit of idea of how they are doing, but dont believe these data.

If thee "do the exhaustive scanning" can they catch cases approved at local offices? Does LUD/Online message change when you get approved after an interview?

draw back

The other bud in this IW is when I put my case number, it predicted that 75% ot more cases that were filed in my receipt date range has been approved by 07/06/04, which is not true. My RD is April, 2001 and being an asylee I know they wouldn't touch my file until 2006/2007

They predicted that 0.86% of the cases around my case are approved!! and if lucky my case will be approved on 10/2005 and if not 5/06. mine approved last week. its just a dumb calculation. mine is EB2, november 2003 case.

Does EB2 processing for 485 go faster than EB3? (I think only the labor certification processing goes faster, but I could be wrong).

It is like riding a two story bus, the guys in the lower floor are EB2 and in the upper floor are EB3...who do you think will reach the next station first? :D
