Per immigrationwatch.com there were 402 I485 cases approved . Does anyone know how much percertage of EB 485 in this amount? another issue is: if only 402 per month were approved, when will they complete I485 processing? because there are at least 10,000 I485 cases received each month

I do not believe immigrationwatch.com scans all the cases because there is no case in the Lin-02-269 series approved. From my scan, there are more than a dozen approved during March and none of them showed up in immigrationwatch.com.

The approved cases showed on immigrationwatch.com are no earlier than Mar. 2002. Most of them are after April, even July...It seems to be so positive, but teh approvals I saw on rupnet.com are not similar to the above web site. So strange. We don't know the exactly processing status in NSC, especially for EB 485.
