4 years without my wife i need help please

hello

i have really problem and i need help from everyone

my asylum is denied but i am granted withholding for removal since 2005. but i am married and my wife is in other contry
i am here for 4years without here and she without me

my quotion is:
what can i do to bring my wife here or to see my wife please help me

Do you have asylum or withholding of removal? These are very different for the question you are asking.

Sorry w/r does not give people any right of family reunification. The whole point of the status is to allow you to stay until conditions improve to such an extent that you can safetly go home.

Why did they refuse to grant asylum to you? Did you appeal? Did you have an attorney?
 
appeal and brefing

yes i did appeal and last month they ask my lowyer to send my brefing he did it on time the dhs suppose to send their brefing too but le date is expired without dhs briefing now when i check my case it is pending

You will have to sit tight and wait for a BIA decision. Unless you obtain a better status, you cannot sponsor your wife.

Why did the judge grant withholding but not asylum? Was it the one year deadline or something else?

It is positive news that they failed to submit their brief.
 
the reason

really i dont know why he refuse the asylum but my lowyer told me judge thing i could stay in my wife contry i thing that the reason he denied asylum and grant withholding of removal my wife from a diffent country than mine

it really does not matter if your wife came from different country,

if you have strong asylum case , the judge should grant you asylum,
iam from a middle eatern country, my wife is from different nationality,

and i was granted asylum
 
how long its take after bref

i want to know if somebody know haw long its take to get the bia decision after filing le bref?( bia did ask me my bref and my lowyer send it on time but dhs failed to send their bref)

asylum grant and g-325a form

I just granted political asylum on 23 March 2006. After 2weeks later,I RECEIVED TO FILL g-325a form. I know before, G-325A is part of green card application. May I know why I should need to apply G-325a? I can not appy for green untill after one yrs right? Please share me if you have experience. thank
