4 months since filed 2 remove conditions received nothing yet except for NOA & one year extension

my cousin filed to remove his conditions in in july and since then he has only received a notice of action and a one year extension , no finger prints letter yet , is this normal or could they be a problem somewhere , his green card expired September 20 . Has anyone who filed filed same time line received anything

I think you should call. I received my biometrics appointment about a week after my application was filed. Maybe your notice got lost in the mail.
