Did you do any thing to expedite your process. Try one or more of the following.

1) Try sending Enquiry sheet
2) Try your local senator.
3) If your lawyer is AILA member. Ask him to find status from liasions.
4) Go to your local office to get exact status on your file, Why it is being delayed.
 
1)Call Up and request to talk to an IIO..
2)Else ask ur lawyer to follow up with VSC
3)Contact a Senator..!
 
Looks like your case was not assigned at the time of FP expiration, auto scheduler sent you the FP notice. So very likely your case is not assigned.
Ask congressman to help you.
 
go to your local office first and try find out what happened your case.

Based on that contact local senator.
 
2nd FP in April

2nd FP was done in April6.
My case was approved on August 22.
Don't lose your hope.
Call BCIS!!

If you get an RFE or some thing like that, your case is assigned to an officer? Also, it is, when you respond RFE the same officer has to take care of the case untill approval?
