4 LUD`s, 2 in last 15 days....clues?

Hi everyone.
I-130 F3 (case received at CSC - NOV/18/2004)
1st LUD - DEC/15/2006
2nd - JUN/21/2008
3rd - AUG/14/2009
4th - AUG/17/2009.....still "received and pending"

So, last two LUD`s in a 4 days timeframe. Any positive meaning? Clues, what`s going on?
