Just now I have got a mail from my lawyer in response of any status
"let you know that it will probably take 4-6 months for us to receive the green card approval. There are only a few officers and usually only one day a week is devoted to going through approved fingerprints and clearances and matching them to the files.

I will continue to follow up and I will let you know if I receive a response."

Changing Jobs

Vipsha,

As I understand your case, your interview has taken place but no approval yet.

Question is (even though you may not want to) can you change your job now using AC21 after the interview.

Arun,

My case was approved way back in June'02 after interview only my wife case is still pending since she could not attend the interview (long story). She got the interview done on 13th Feb and 2nd FP on the same day. Now we are waiting for her approval and yesterday I came to know that for another 4-6 months I wont be seeing approval.
I changed my job after my approval
You can change job and no need of using AC21, but I would say stick to the sponsoring company if you can atleast till you get approval.

technote1,
Its all matter of time, I told you that "good luck" does not work in INS. I am literally tired of this wait.
