3Year Bach + US Masters; Issues?

My labor certification is in EB2 category and the requirements are Masters +1 year of experience. I have an MBA from a school in US and the requisite experience. However, my bachelor's is from India and is 3 years. Is there an issue?

No, As long as you have a U.S masters degree from an accredited school. I dont think any questions will be asked because the only initial educational evidence required for EB-2 is a masters degree . I dont think USCIS will go beyond that
