3rd Time EAD ...

Guys,

At this INS pace, it seems like we might end up applying 3rd time (Renewal) for our EAD Cards.

INS should make intial EAD valid for two years instead of one year only. This should solve problems on both sides - applicants need not waste money/time and nerves; and INS would have less back-log of EAD processing.

$120 + 85 and possibly twice that amount?

patience GC, rememeber it is not just you who is applying for the EAD. Multiply the amount (120 + 85) by a couple of thousand, it adds up to a hefty amount.
