3rd FP notice

Our (me an my wife) online message Changed to

"On November 25, 2003, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed. If you have questions about the notice, what is required, or if 14 days have passed and you have not received the notice, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283."

Now both of us received 3rd FP notice yesterday in mail.
I called my lawyer he told me he didn't received anything for INS regarding my case.

So my question is Does the FP notice is also can be considered as RFE?

RD: Jan 2002
1st FP: April 2002
2nd FP Aug 2003
EAD: Feb 2002
2nd EAD: Feb 2002
EAC# 02107502XXX


Any help gentelmens.
 
If this message is only for you then chances are BCIS may ask you for Job letter, pay stub, etc..

Just wait for your notice.

No actually this message is for both me and my wife and both OF Us got the 3rd fp notice.

My wife is the primary applicant. So I don't know why both of us got the RFE and 3rd FP notice.
