3rd EAD approved

Our 3rd EAD Cards are approved. Advance Parole are not yet approved.

i was expecting that applying for 3rd EAD will trigger something for I485 approval.... but no use....Grrrr...

It looks like i have to wait another year?????

i have applied myself both EAD and AP.

very kool.. my RD is 01/22/04 for EAD and heard nothing so far ...

sombody rightly said in one of my post "They are clearing the FORWARDLOG and don't don't bother about the BACKLOG"

our 3rd EAD got transfer to NYC after 110 days but the I-485 files got transfer to MSC after two years for interview. Do not know why? Any idea.-Thanks
