Hello all,

FYI, my 3rd EAD which I filled online got approved.
Applied on Feb 4th 2004, approved March 18th 2004.
Pretty fast hah..compared to INS standards.:)

Still no news on 485 approval though :(

I have applied under EB3 and heard that EB3 cases are being going through more scrutiny. Is that true ?.

Just a rumor floating around , not in the forum but friend circle, that EB3 cases are being delayed for education evaluations.
Could not be true. That's why wanted to check with any of the EB3 guys on the forum.

Mine ND for 3rd EAD is 30th Jan, 2004. No approval yet:mad: :(

My 3rd EAD ND= Jan 30th, 2004. No approval yet:(
 
when is your 2nd ead expireing . and whats the dates on 3rd. Is it in continued from when your 2nd expired or they gave the fresh date .
 
Funny ways of the INS ..what else can I say.
Same is the case with 485.
My 485 still pending (02-041) whereas more later cases are being approved. :(

My 2nd EAD expires on Aug, 8th, 2004. I applied 6 months in advance just coz' the INS is very unpredictable

The online status says

Application Type: I765, APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION

Current Status:

On March 18, 2004, after approving your application, we ordered you a new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready.

I have not recieved the cards yet, will let you know as soon as
I get it.

My 2nd EAD expired in May, so to be on the safe side I applied 3 month earlier

Recieved the EAD cards for both y'day. Valid date from the previous card expiry date (thats good).
