3rd EAD approved

my 3rd EAD approved.

RD nov 28 ,2003


I had a strong feeling that my 485 will be approved when they open my file for this EAD. But i am totally wrong still my I485 was not approved.

Congratulations. Something is better than nothing. My 3rd EAD was received by BCIS on 4 Nov. 2003. However, nothing yet.

One year is enough for this guy.

Did you contact any Senator/Congressman to expedite? My EAD RD is Dec 12, 2003. Hope mine comes through soon too.

my EAD is approved yesterday . i will definly update this post after i receive the card about the validity period.

Can you guys help me how to approach NJ senator.
