3rd EAD Approved

Fira,
I will be applying for my 3 rd EAD soon. Attorney says to apply 6 months in advance.
Can u tell ur RD and AD for EAD?

My 3rd EAD APPROVED

I applied for 3rd EAD on 11/10/2003. It was approved 02/17/03

My previous one expired 01/20/03 but I kept on working. When the HR rep asked me, I showed her the INS recipet and told her renewal was pending.

What was ur RFE about?
Did u automatically receive FP2?
 
My RFE was about my J1 Visa Home Stay requirement waiver. I think the submission of my RFE led to my 2nd Fingerprint. My 1st Fingerprint expired in late June. But I got 2nd fingerprint after submission of RFE.
 
First of all sorry for delayed reply. I was not online all day today.

I do not know my RD for EAD as lawyer applied for it and i never asked about RD or reciept number. Now I know the reciept number as I got the card yesterday.

It seemed to be approved on 2/10/04

Here's the detail:

Reciept Number for EAD: EAC-04-016-5xxxx
AD: 02/10/04

Old EAD Expired: 01/31/04

New EAD valid from: 02/08/04
New EAD valid until: 02/07/05

Lawyer says it's ok to work between 1/31/04 and 2/8/04.
