I just received email notification from USCIS that my 3rd EAD is approved today. My checks were debited from my account on 26th and on 29th I a approved? Couldn't they have worked on my I485 app instead. Don't know whether to be happy, I'll probably loose 3 months off of my EAD which is expiring in Feb. But knowing USCIS who know when I will see the card anyway.

3rd EAD approved in one week!

(Oct.19 went to ASC for phtograph,sent the supporting document to VSC by fedex) and my spouse(Oct.21) and on Oct 21 I started the case status inquiry.
Most unexpected thing happened on Oct.26 -I-485 got approved!!!!!
I haven't received EAD yet but lost 350 bucks!
What I am trying to arrive at is this bombarding the USCIS with
so many activities might have triggered my approval!!!
I have no other explanantion!

How did you applied for EAD? I mean...paper copy or online?

I sent my application via fedex, sent both ead and ap in the same envelop but made seperate stacks using paperclips. wrote seperate checks. Both checks were debited on 26th, recd receipt notice in seperate envelops on the same day with same ND dates.

Thanks for your wishful thinking, but in the email response they have the EAC # and its 2 emails with the same EAC # 050155.... for me EAD.. My AP and 485 is still pending..thanks anyways..wish it was true.
