3rd EAD Approved for me , wife status not yet updated

Hi All

I was planning to go for Interim EAD at newark on Tuesday (05/18), Our 2nd EAD is expiring Month End.

Today I saw the status, and said after 3r EAD Approval they have ordered New EAD Card in my Case.
But Wife status is still Old.
Is this Normal

My Question
Our H1 have expired, My wife is not working, do I need to go and get EAD for her, what if she does not receive EAD till previous EAD expires

Does she need EAD if she is not working ??
Will she be out of Status or something

I will probaly wait till I get her approval too

what is ur ND and RD for EAD and AP?

Nope she does NOT require an EAD, if she is not intend to work. Status is good as long as I-145 is filed and is pending. EAD is for work authorization ONLY.
