3rd AP Renew

I am planning to renew 3rd AP. Can some one give me list of documents on paper base.

Which on is good paper base or Online ?

I normally perefer paper based over e-filing, both are better.

Documents I normally send in are
1. Copy of previous AP if you have
2. Copy of I-94 if you have
3. Photo identification - Copy of Driver's license
4. Geographic page - Copy of all pages in the Passport
5. Copy of 485 receipt notice
6. Two passport photographs frontal facing
7. Applicable Fees
8. Filled 131 Application form
9. Cover Letter

I am not an attorney, this is what I would send in for AP renewal.
