Frankly speaking, not really sure whether it is cleared or NOT. Until first 2 queries I was sure that it is pending since I enquired but later on 3rd enquiry received email from USCIS based on the priority date related response. So really not sure now. Hope below helps status at my end.
Please see below and did 3 enquiries in last 2 years .
1) First enquiry on 02/11/2005.
Response from USCIS: " The cases are currently undergoing additional systems check. Please allow an additional 180 days for processing"
2) Second enquiry on 08/23/05 (since 180 days is passed on query 1 above):
Response from USCIS:" This is to inform you that the I-485 in question is still pending. The reason that it is still pending is that USCIS is awaiting NAME CHECK results from the FBI. It may have been a long time since we sent the name, but USCIS has no control of the time it takes.USCIS also does not have dates as to when the Names were originally sent to the FBI, we can only confirm that they in fact were sent. Please allow 120 days before additional inquiries. In the future we will not be addressing weekly inquiries.
Please Note: If the principal is not adjudicated then the derivatives will NOT be adjudicated.We apologize for any and all inconvenience this may cause."
3) Third enquiry made on 01/11/2006 (since 120 days passed on 2nd enqury above):
Response from USCIS:" The priority date is 12-11-2001 For 3rd prefernce "other" the bulletin is listing before 4-1-2001, therefore Not
current"
