3 years extension after 140 approval and then transfer H1B

Hello,

Probably this question has been asked many times.

I am on H1B and in my 6th year. Once I get 140 approved, I'll get a three years extension. During that period can I switch employer by transferring my H1B?

Do you mean transferring the H1B at the same time to keep the PD?

I would like to add one more question, what if I-140 is approved and H1B extnsion is due in next 2-3 month and I change the job?

Can I keep the PD and will I get three years extnesion? or Do I need to wait till I get 3 years extension approval?

Please help...
