3 Years Degree - Qualify for EB3?

Hello Guys,

I have 3 years degree, and I evaluated my degree with Sheila but my degree came 6 credit hours short to match with US 4 years degree. I have 8 years of professional working experience.

I think, the EB2 question is out of the table, but do I even qualify for EB3 category?
