3 year extension of H1-B visa after six years

I am curretly affected by retrogression EB3 category (Priority Date Oct 2002. I-140 Approved March 2005. I 485 pending ) My second H1-B expires in March 2007.
Is there a way to get a 3 year H1-B visa after six years. Considering I-140 is approved and I-485 will be pending for two years in March 2007.

Please if any one has received a three year extension on the H1-B visa after six years on H1B please respond.
