My wife has a three year's bachelor's degree followed by a masters in management systems in India. She also has a work experience of 2 years in India. Can she apply for H-1B (with 5 years education and 2 years work-experience) or does the 4-year bachelor's degree constraint prevent her from doing so (The company requirement is for a bachelor's degree)?
Will she need the educational credential accredition paperwork done to prove that her education is equivalent to a 4-year bachelor's degree in US?
If anyone can share his/her comments/suggestions, I will greatly appreciate it.
