3 year bachelor degree and PERM filling

Hi Team,

Good Morning.

I'm Uday, working in USA for past 4.5 years. I have completed B.SC Computer Science (3 years degree) in India on June 2010. I'm working in IT since 2010 in IT field.

I have "Credential Evaluation Report" which was done on Feb 2016 at the time of my H1B visa. I'm working in USA since April 2018.

My employer filed my PERM last year and attorney rejected it last month as I have 3 years bachelor degree. They gave an update that PERM can't be filled for my case.

My question is:

1. I have 3 years degree in computer science with 11 years of experience. I have read in USCIS pages that Green Card can be filled for 3 years degree candidates in EB2 or EB3. Is that possible?
2. What are the other options I have to process my Green Card/ I-140.

You need to complete 1 year towards bachelors degree to be considered under EB2

So EB3 is your only option at present.
