3+ weeks since N-400 was delievered to VSC... no response and checked not cashed...

It's been 3+ weeks since I mailed my N-400.
According to the express mail tracking info,
it was deliverd to the VSC on-time, which means
it was not lost in the mail...

I have not received anything from VSC.
Also, my check had NOT been cashed at all...

What should I do now? :confused:

I'm in the same boat like you. It has been a week and nothing happend yet.
I thought about calling VSC but I don't have a clue what I'm going to say since I don't have a receipt number yet!!!!!
 
Another theory: The recent H1B Visa floodgates have VSC (and other USCIS Centers) totally immobile. In addition to lack of NOA's, there have not been many Interview Letters for the Citizenship across all DO's. Just a theory.... but explains why you and alphagc have not seen anything from VSC.
 
For what its worth, VSC took about 2 weeks for my parents to cash their checks.

Also, H1B visa thingy (i am not sure what it is) might be slowing them down. But I am not sure what I would do in your situation.
