3 RFEs

Per the online message, BCIS has issued three RFE notices on my cases on 07/20. One on my I-140, one on my 485, and one on my spouse's 485. My company is a fortune 500 company, so the RFE on the 140 must be related to myself. I am just kind of woried and I wonder if anybody on the forum have a similar situation.

I am waiting to recieve the RFEs to see what they are asking for, and will update you with details.. in the meantime, does anybody think there is a reason to worry??

What does the message say exactly? It is likely that the RFE for 140 an 485 are the same.

Don't worry.... be patient.

as u mention that 140 RFE is personal........ so wait untill it reach to u...

most seniro would be

RFE: 140 - Equvalient of Education for forigners / or Experience. (no need to worry many ways to qualify it).

RFE: 485 - EVL + W2+ paystubs (its normal)

RfE: spouse - not sure may be... Medical exams (did u send ur spouse Med-exam)

so sit tight an wait for RFE

two RFE

I,m at the same boat. I have two RFE for my I-140 and I-485. One for I-140 and one for I-485. LUD was updated 07/22 in which they sent RFE on 07/22. I think it should be gone to the laywer. I,m on EB1-OR and I do not worry I-485 because the company is big enough. I,m a little worry for I-140. Let's see it.

Details of the 3 RFEs

for I-140: Company financials; thoug the company is multi-billion fortune 100 company. They also requested proof of Special Registerarion compliance.. Yup for I-140!!!!!

for my I-485: All I-20 issued; copies of all passports; vaccine, and wait until you read this... copies of my primary school records.. no kidding........
I must mention that I did not submit a birth certificate because I did not have one, I instead, submitted affadavit letters.. so may be the primary school records is to support that.. I have no idea..

for my wife's I-485: they want copies of all pages her passports.

Could any body tell me where to find the officer number on the notice.. I could not locate it.. there is a number at the buttom which reads EMU/303.. is this the officer no?

No, my I-140 is still pending.. this is a concurrent case with ND 3/14/2003.. I am hoping to get the approvals of both i-140 & I-485 together..

I belive ur attorney was in rush while submiting 485. it seems that some mandatory info were not attatched/or missed there. that triger the mood of .....

as u said F-100 company.... so it won't be any prob for u. SR proof most of SR ppl are getting this. vacine ...... many shared that even they submitted theya were asked again.... not sure what is in ur case....
Primary school record: you should be thankful that u were not asked for KG/nursery records- just send whatever you have from school ,marksheet Primary+sec if not then call home counrty and asked ur relative to get a generic letter from school that u did studied there with correct name. this will work too.... (who has primary records??? ) anyway not a big deal.....

about OF# I believe that is EMu.
