Hello everyone,
I have an interesting case if you would like to take a look and share opinions. I dated my girlfriend for 2 years before getting married, vacations, living together, first love for both of us. As being an honest and mature person, i believed everything she promised. We got married, i applied for my adjustment of status, got my conditional permenant residency around november 2010. Unfortunately, she wanted to break up with me claimin that she doesn't love me anymore and wants a different life. She goes to underground techno parties and uses extacy, which i heard from friends and am very sure of. I am an honors criminal law student, i didn't do anything wrong, according to uscis procedures or general ethics. I'm heartbroken now, and dealing with this thing. To remove the conditions on your permenant residency, i researched that they rarely call people for a second interview. We had a very simple first one, and we were a very clear case. Should i make her sign the papers and wait or do i have any alternatives? Thank you guys.*
