I'm currently on a TN Visa with a Contractor Agency that requires contractors take a 3 month break after working 365 days. I'm wondering if I need to turn in my TN? I didn't think so because I'm returning to work in 100 days but I'm not sure. Please help!!

-- That means you are no longer on TN after 365 days, for the next 3 months. You either leave the US and come back after 3 months (on a new TN) or apply for change of status (to B2) and then get a new TN once you are ready to join your job.

As Bigboy says, this break is too long to be considered part of your normal employment.

You need to get a B2 and you need to leave and re-enter US just before starting work under your existing TN. No need, in my opinion to get new TN, but you need to enter on TN before re-starting work.
