I'm new in this thread, I really appreciate all the inputs.
i'm in limbo right now, I did get enough sleep for 3 days now, I had update on 1-485 on 11/30 12/2 & 12/3 and my husband too. what does it means?

EB3 - Dec. 2004 Philippines
i-140 - ND - 05/16/07 AD - 11/20/07
I-485 - ND 08/09 LUD 09/13 (FP); 11/30 12/2 12/3
 
All it means is that you got 3 LUD's.
From my experience, LUD's don't guarantee anything - it's just an indication that activity is happening on your case.
Also, from my experience, give it about a week and call immigration if you don't recieve anything in the mail - I had an NOID after an LUD with no message change, my lawyer recieved an NOID for me but took a week to send it to me. I only found out after I called immigration.

I spoke to TSC today - name check was cleared and security/background check. Papers are processing with an IO
