So we are seeing some good approval numbers now. Hope this trend continues. Once again guys, I request you all to spread the word among other TSC applicants who don't post here to tell us about their approvals and case status. It gives hope to all of us.

Btw. does anyone know how many 140 applications TSC gets everyday ? I did a scan on 2 days 2'nd and 3rd october and found just 1 and 2. So is it right that there are only about 50 -60 I140s that TSC gets every month ?

How to scan I-140 status ?

Hello Will-get-there, can you tell us how you scan the I-140 application status? I used 485 scanner, but not sure if I can use it for 140 applications too..
Also what number range should we scan for one 1 day ?
since my SRC last 5 digits 54*** and system kicks you out after 250 inquiries...

Guys,
Look at the attached file.
That might help you a little to have a better picture.
By the way, I have noticed that there are never a lot of cases on October 1 and 2. I suggest you choose some other days to run your test.

What on earth in the sheet?

I think the cases in the sheet are those that have entered TSC much earlier than the dates shown there. It seems the dates were for either decision or something else. My 140 ND is 10/2/03. Number is SRC04002XXXXX. But all of SRC numbers in the sheet are SRC03X--X.

trick to go beyond 250 files

We have DHCP in our office so I keep changing the MAC address to get new IP address from the DHCP server. USCIS does the check on the IP address itself. However sometimes after 250 scans, the USCIS server behaves erratically and denies the query after 5-10 new queries itself even if I change the IP address. So it is a fairly time consuming process.

I just scanned numbers from 51000 to 51600 ( about 500 applications and found only 1 140 application on 2nds October).

will_get_there,

I scanned for 3/5/04 and 3/8/04 and found approx 45 to 65 applications.
You should start from 50000 to 56000 for each day. There are about 5000 to 6000 applications a day. Of them 40 to 60 are I140 applications.

Anyway, if everybody spends some time and scans all applications for their I140 and I485 receipt dates, we can consolidate them . And then scan only those applications. There is nothing better solution that this, because USCIS did not give us access to query their database.

Also, may I suggest everybody to discuss stuff in "consolidated tracker", so we can just read one thread instead of multiple threds... only a suggestion.

Case Transferred To Miami

Guys,

I just for emails from INS that my I-140, I-485 and my wifes I-485s have been transferred to a the MIAMI local office. My ND for all these apps is 03/25/04. I am not sure what is going on. Do not even know if its good or bad news.

Any feedback will be greatly appreciated.

thanks,

Update

Guys,

I have been researching this thing on my own and found an exact same thing for someone a month ago. Here is the link to that thread

http://boards.immigrationportal.com...ad.php?t=130705

It seems that I was correct. The most likely scenerio is that my I-140 has been approved and the I-485 has been transferred to local office for processing. The VSC guys online I-140 said the exact same thing as mine (transferred to local office) and then he got the I-140 approval letter within a few days. I am praying the same is true here.

I will keeo everyone posted on new developments.

thanks,

Hi,

Did any one scan the SRC0324 series. I corresponds to my I140 filed on Sep 12, 2003.

Thx,

Bharath.

range ?

BharatK,

Send me a range of numbers and I will scan 200 in one shot and post it here.

Alternatively u can do it ur.self with the excel sheet in this thread.

Will_get_there,

Here is my I-140 application num,ber SRC032465XXXX. It was filed on Sep 12, 2003. Can you please scan in this range.

But I filed my I-485 on Apr 15, 2004. Does that mean they are not gonna touch my I-140 till my I-485 date is due. That worries me. I was hoping I could use the AC-21 rule (after oct 15, 2004) in case I run into issues with my current employer.

But good to see people happy in this forum after a long time. Keep up the good work.

Bharath.

BharatK... I scanned ur. range

It is in the consolidated scanner thread. I scanned from SRC0324650000 to SRC0324650198 and found only 2 cases which are not approved yet.

Can you please scan for the I1-40 range

HI will_get_there,
Can you please scan for my I-140 which is filed on June 6th 2003 and my receipt number is > src031725XXXX .

Thanks for your wonderful service.

Regards
gc

gclongdream,

I can scan ur. range only tomorrow now (SRC0317250000 to SRC0317250199) as USCIS is blocking the access from complete subnet after 200 scans. Btw. you urself can scan, it is very easy. Here is the procedure once again :

download the xl spreadsheet from scanner thread in your PC and open the worksheet. Click on

Tools ->Macro->security

click on meduim security and click OK

close the spreadsheet and reopen in excel and say OK to enable macros

Now

Tools->macros->macros and select 140 scan. Provide ranges and there you go...
