Guys.. remember this day as the best day of 2003. There are 9 approvals for NSC. This is the first time that I've seen over 5 and I'm happy. Two of these approvals were from March. Seems like NSC is in holiday spirits. So, hopefully NSC can continue with this pace for many days to come and we'all could live happily ever after...
There is some activity for VSC aswell. So far this morning, NSC and VSC has processed one case each.
But I hardly find any approvals for CSC or TSC. Wonder if it's because not many people are registered in the rupnet from these center. Or these center have something fundamentally wrong with the process.
My colleague checked last night for his I-485 status online with RD of April 09, 2002 and ND of April 29, 2002 and the message says that an RFE has been mailed on December, 08 2003.
NSC is making some progress in sending RFEs too. If we check rupnet for April-02 and sort by "Last Updated" column, you will find 5 rfes from Dec-5 to Dec8th.
Unfortunately, the progress is not in an organised manner i..e lots of Dec-01 cases are still not approved whereas the newer cases are approved.
my guess is they are processing 02-191 and up cases because their FP will expire in next few theys. they might have taken the approach to go forwards and backward from say 02-191 or some day around that.
just a guess. i hope i am wrong as this is unjust to a lot of people.
Can any of you please summarize the trend so far as to the approval pattern of NSC? I see some are approved belonging to May 2002 cases but on Rupnet, majority cases that are being approved are from Jan 2002.
My case 485 nd aug 02.
Any indication that the NSC may speed up hereafter/
