I do have Masters in Computer Science (2yrs) from Pakistani well renewed university. Before this master I do have a bachelor in science. SO in my case i do have 2 (master) + 2 (bachelor) yrs. I want to apply for EB2. Can I do that? Am I US bachelor?
 
There is no such thing a 2 year bachelor's degree in the US. A 2 year degree is an associates degree and you would not be qualified for any graduate program.

Your masters degree is suspect as well.

You are definitely not qualified for an EB-2 proceessing. Is your employer a consulting firm or a company? I ask because I would think a corporate employer would have a real problem with you describing a 2 year degree as a BA or BS.
 
You do not qualify for EB2. For EB2 processing, the regs state you can NOT use a combination of degrees equal to a Bachelor to qualify for the B+5 requirement. To qualify for EB2 under a Master's degree, you need to have 6 years of post-high-school education evaluated as equivalent to a US Master's. You will have to be filed under EB3 using the alternate provision of 3 years of college education and 3 years of related experience.
