2x I-485 filing issue

I have an I-485 which was filled concurrently with EB-2 NIW I-140. It is still pending due to non-availability of visas for India. INS sent me the notice saying this.

To overcome the problem of visa unavailibility I later filed EB-1 (EA) I-140 which also got approved and has visas current in this category for I-485.

Can I file another I-485 on the basis of my new I-140 EA?

Or do I have to withdraw my earlier I-485 application before filing the one with new I-140 EB-1 EA.
 
you can not have two I485 at the same time. Either you have to link pending I485 to your approved I140 or withdraw the old and resubmit
