2nd use of AP

Hello,
I am in a position where I have to use the AP second time. My first time was a breeze . the immigration officer(SFO) has stamped both the originals saying I am paroled the first time.
Will there be any problems using it second time? The AP is valid for another 2 months. Thanks!
 
When you have time read up the AP document. It should say in fineprint that it is valid for multiple entries until expiry...Relax.
 
Thanks Jaxen. I know AP is for multiple entry. I was more looking for user's practical experience (if any) on using the AP multiple times.
Also, I was wondering what the officer at POE is going to stamp?
I already have a parole stamp!

Hi risktaker!!

Recently my wife and son cameback from vacation. They used AP for second time.

At SFO, officer struck-off the previous AP stamp (which had 'Payroled indefinite' words) and stamped a new one which is valid till expiry of AP minus one day.

Looks like INS changed the policy of giving 'Payroled indefinite' stamp to the expiry of AP.

That's the only change. Officer didnot look for or ask for anything.

Hi,
Carry AP originals, copy of 485 receipt, EAD Card (if you are on EAD).
Keep copies of AP in case needed you can give it to the Airlines.

Thanks. But, there is one catch. I applied for renewal of EAD two months back and haven't received the approval. So, by the time I come back after India trip, my current EAD will be expired and new EAD may have been approved but I will not have in hand.

So, what should I do in this cae ?? Any help/suggestion is appreciable.

Noramlly EAD is not rquired to be shown when u r using AP for comming back . You can carry EAD receipts though along with old EAD.
