2nd set of fingerprints done!

This morning i had a 9am appointment at a application support center to take my second set of fingerprints. It went pretty fast. I was sent to the Richmond Highway Application Center. Now we will see what happens from here.

Not at that time but I have found out before i went that my name check had cleared. However i am still awaiting additional checks. I am thinking they are doing another IBIS check because i understand those expire after about 60 days. I am thinking i am almost done but we will see. They have until Christmas before i sue.

Name Check came back on June 27th of this year.

Looks like my type of case. My name check was cleared since March & the USCIS was still doing their additional checks. I got my 2nd FP done on September 4th and then my IL was issued exactly a week later. What does that tell you? I am hoping that you will hear some good news, I mean your interview letter by end of this month. If you don't get anything in the mail, please do call that cust service number and have them take a look at your file by your A # to see where you exactly are in the process.
Again, good luck and I am praying for you & hoping that you will be posting a good news pretty soon. You have been extremely patient and I am sure you will be rewarded.

How did both of you determine that your name check had cleared this year? On their website, by phone or something else?

How can I determine if my name check has cleared? Somebody had posted a 800 number with menu options to get a human being directly? Can anybody repost that?

As far as my name check is concerned, I had hired this attorney in Atlanta who went to the Atlanta DO by making an info pass appointment to check up on my case. She had confirmed that my finger prints & name check were cleared back in March. To be more sure on that I did an info appt myself after couple of months & I was also told the same that my name check has cleared. That's how I found out about my name check.
jelibi, if you could do an info pass appt and go to the DO yourself to make an inquiry. This way, you'll be assure instead of calling 800 customer service number.
