2nd Safety/Name Check?

My wife's name check was cleared last year, mine is pending, and our 1st FP expired this April, waiting for 2nd FP. We don't know whether my wife need to do 2nd name check again? Any guys have any information about this? Thanks very muc for your kind reply.

Based on what I read from the web and this website:
1. FBI check is valid forever
2. FP is only valid for 15 months.

Name Check CAN be being run several times (!). This is the documented fact, several people reported. The criteria for that will be probably unknown forever
