We responded to 1st RFE on 2/2/06 (LUD 2/3/06)(EVL, Progressive experience). I received one more RFE on 2/6/06(Don't know yet). This one really making me nervous.

I was wondering anyone here had the same experience? Please share your thoughts.
 
Just curious... is this an RFE on your I-140? or your I-140 has been approved already and it is an RFE on you I-485?

It is strange that they sent an RFE regarding EVL and Prog Experience at this point !!!. This is the first time I am hearing such an RFE for I-485. I am sure your lawyer and employer will assist you in responding.

By the way, what is your PD ?

EVL(Employment Verification Letter). I don't know why they wanted Prog Experience letters.
