2nd RFE(URGENT!! someone reply please asap)
Hi guys, I'm going to receive a 2nd RFE on my case (F1 to H1b).
The RFE is on its way...so I don't know what exactly is there..
Response to their first RFE was received by INS on Dec 15 and my lawyer sent all necessary documents for that one..Don't know what exactly they want this time..Did anyone have this kind of experience before? Can they refuse to issue the H1b in the worst case..? what would be the worst case possibility if they are not satisfied with our response to the 2nd RFE?
